Rev. James Rouse
Rev. Rouse is the Pastor of Reed Memorial CME Church in Little Rock, AR. Along with his strong leadership and building abilities, he is the owner of True Vine Cleaners in Little Rock and the Executive Director of the Clementine Mathis Foundation Scholarship Fund.
From 1967-1995, Rev. Rouse resided in Los Angeles, CA. During this time, he pastored the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church and served on several civil groups including the Eureka Lodge #7 and the Los Angeles Watts Community Information Board. In 1995, he served as Administrative Pastor of New Hope Baptist Church in Little Rock. Before assigned as Pastor of Reed, he has pastored Trinity, Pleasant Grove and Cottrell Chapel all CME Churches. His enthusiasm and high energy has afforded him positions on the Arkansas Region First Jurisdiction Level of the CME Church. He is fluent in Bible Study Training and Seminar Teaching.
He is married to Mrs. Nettie Rouse, the father of two children and grand father to 4.
